Awaken PackageThe awaken package offers a gentle exercise that brings awareness to physical aspects of the body. It includes strengthening and flexibility work to improve physicality and release tension. Breath work is accessible utilizing common techniques and meditations are used as an extension after physical practice to encourage quieting of the mind.

Meditation PackageThe meditation package focuses on gaining awareness through stillness. It includes calming the mind and developing the powers of concentration, patience, tolerance and insight. Similar to strengthening a muscle, the benefits build over time with practice. Various techniques are used including breath work, visualizations, mantras and specific areas in the body.

Intense Yoga PackageThe intense yoga package is physically more energetic. Classes are more dynamic in movement and will induce a sweat! People in this class have some basic experience with yoga (awaken package) and are looking to be challenged by recognizing their limitations and learning how to work beyond them safely. Breath work and meditation are intertwined into the practice to prep the body for movement and soothe the mind.
